Partners in Community Development Initiatives
Partners in Community Development Initiatives (PCDI) is a Rwandan non-governmental organization founded on 11 October 2025 and legally registered on 18 February 2026. PCDI collaborates with communities, government institutions, and development partners to address key challenges, including poverty, unemployment, health inequalities, gender disparities, and family vulnerability. With a strong focus on women, children, and youth, PCDI implements integrated programs that promote economic empowerment, early childhood development, public health awareness, entrepreneurship, and family strengthening.
